After one week of purchase date, store credit will be issued. No returns on custom design projects unless there is an agreement that the finished product does not match the signed and approved sketch, in which case the item will be remade at cost.  Any item that is on hold with a deposit, will be charged a 20% restocking fee should the item be returned to stock.
